Gravity Forms Elite

To connect One Tribe to Gravity forms you will require the following:

• A Wordpress site
• Gravity forms plugin
• Being comfortable installing plugins
• An Elite license from Gravity forms

Step 1: Install Gravity forms

1. Download the Gravity forms plugin from you Gravity forms account
   1. Login here → https://www.gravityforms.com/wp-login.php
2. Navigate to your account on Gravity forms and select 'Your Downloads'.
   
3. Download the Gravity forms plugin
4. Login to your WordPress admin dashboard.
5. Go to Plugins > Add New.
   
6. Then go to “Upload plugin”
   Within this page, click the Upload Plugin button and select the Choose File button. Then, locate the Gravity Forms zip file, select it and click the Install Now button. WordPress will now automatically handle the installation. If you're already familiar with installing and activating WordPress plugins, you can skip to the second step.
   Do you see only a gravity forms folder?
   Visit docs.gravityforms.com/my-download-is-not-a-zipfile. Once complete, be sure to click
   
7. Click on the Activate Plugin button.
8. On the WordPress admin menu, go to Forms > Settings.
9. On the Settings page, click on the License tab.
10. Enter your Gravity Forms license key.
    
11. Click the Activate License button.

Step 2: Add webhook plugin

1. Navigate to your account on Gravity forms and select 'Your Downloads'.
   
2. Download the add-on 'Webhooks' from Gravity Forms.
   If you can't find the webhooks plugin, please navigate further down the downloads page to locate the 'Elite Add-On Downloads' area.
   
3. Navigate to your Wordpress admin area.
4. On the left hand side navigation menu, select Plugins.
5. Click Add New from the Plugins area that is now opened.
6. Then at the top of the Add New plugin page click “Upload Plugin” and upload the zip folder with the Gravity webhooks plugin you have downloaded in the previous steps. (You will most likely find this in your Downloads folder on your computer.)
   

Step 3: Create form

1. Click on “Forms” on the left navigation bar
2. Click on “New Form” in the sub menu
3. Add a title for your form in the pop up
4. Click “Create Form”
   
5. Add all components you need for your form
6. Click “Save form” in the top right when done

Step 4: Add webhook (via plugin)

1. Find the form you have created
   
2. Go to settings for the form you want to use and select Webhooks.
   
3. Add a new webhook.

4. Setup the webhook in settings for the form with these details.

2. Click “Save Settings”

1. Your webhook should now be set up!

Step 5: Check integration

Congratulations! Integration installation is now complete.

Now when the form is submitted it will send information to OneTribe that allows us to record 1 unit for each form submission that will add trees to your account, the trees are denoted depending which plan you are on.

1. To finish this integration, you will need to check the integration.
2. This is achieved by clicking the “Check Integration” button below.
3. Please leave the popup open whilst in a separate window please submit your form.
4. If the form is successfully tracked the popup in the other window will let you know.
