Navigate to the admin for your store. Add your store name after the last '/' in the following url. https://admin.shopify.com/store/

Once at your admin home page. Click "Online Store".

Click the actions button for your theme. Shown here as an ellipsis.

In the drop down, click "Edit code".

Find the "sections" folder and click it.

Select the file named "footer.liquid".

Find in the "footer" code where you would like to place the tree counter code. If you have not already copied the code, you can find it in here >https://app.onetribeglobal.com/embed-counters.

Click "Save".

Click "Preview store" to check the footer has been placed in the desired location.
