Shopify Integration

You will need access to you Shopify store in order to do this. If you have a technically skilled member of the team that normally handles these sort of changes then it would be advised to let them handle this change.

Step 1: Go to Notifications

Click on the menu and go to Settings and then Notifications.

Step 2: Create a webhook

You will see a section called Webhooks. Click on Create a webhook.

Step 3: Select the event type

Select the event type: Order Creation. This will trigger the webhook when an order is created and will send the order details to the webhook URL.

Step 4: Select format as JSON

Select format as JSON. This will send the order details in JSON format.

Step 5: Paste in your webhook URL

Step 6: Save

Click on Save.

Step 7: Test

In order to test you are set up correctly, you can trigger a test order.

Before you trigger a test order: click on the button below to let us know you are ready to test. We will then watch for the test order and let you know when it has been received.

When you have added your Webhook please confirm it works by clicking 'Check Integration' below:
